Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included
  • Items must be returned in their original box and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, assembled, or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at purchase

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility before the return is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or customer dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, a handling and restocking fee of 3% may be deducted from the refund amount.

Additionally, refunds for non-defective items may be partially reduced if the returned product or packaging shows signs of use, handling, missing original packaging, or diminished resale condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
